This session will provide an update of the latest features available for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) including the latest developments in core Human Resources; Payroll; Time & Labor; Learning and Talent Management; as well as Benefits. You will learn about upcoming functionality such as regulatory and legislative changes; modernization of Administrative pages; customer requested enhancements; and new HCM frameworks for extensions without customizations. You will also learn about what successful customers are doing with their PeopleSoft HCM solutions including deploying Fluid; self service; and other capabilities to advance the effectiveness and usability of their PeopleSoft system.

As part of PeopleSoft Global Day, Pravas Bhagat from Oracle spoke about several enhancements made to PeopleSoft Global Payroll over the past few years that are intended to make things easier for Payroll Developers and Administrators. Some of these enhancements include the Global Payroll WorkCenter, COBOL Trace Utility, and Global Payroll Element Browser. Pravas gave a demo of these features that shows the ease of personalizing view, running reports, issue resolution, and comparing elements.

Lisa Chow, HCM Product Manager Director at Oracle, recently gave an overview of what’s new and exciting in the world of PeopleSoft Time and Labor. There are some new pages, some old pages made new again, and new navigation. In her presentation, Lisa walked through how to use the pages, which device they should be used on, and the configuration that will help your organization make the pages meet your needs. She also showed the new Navigation Dashboard, which will make presenting the pages to time reporters easier.
