Rob explains that CIOs are headed into 2019 “amid a relatively strong, through volatile, global economy.” CIOs must often make hard choices that lead their company into an age of new digital projects and innovation. The goal is to accelerate the pace of growth while locking down low costs. It’s not always an easy task. While change doesn’t happen overnight, you have to start somewhere to get the ball rolling.
