In 2015, Creighton University identified a need to modernize HR processes. This Catholic Jesuit university, made up of 8,400 students and 5,000 employees, had been using what they refer to as a “bolt-on” strategy that combined a variety of disconnected systems, slow processes, and an abundance of paper. Their team decided to pursue a more sustainable system that aligned with their three pillars of HR: 1) mission and service, 2) attract, develop and retain faculty and staff, 3) well-being and total rewards. They selected Oracle HCM. Creighton enlisted the help of Baker Tilly, an Oracle implementation partner. Today, both organizations are happy with the impact they’ve witnessed through Oracle HCM.
