In 2015, Creighton University identified a need to modernize HR processes. This Catholic Jesuit university, made up of 8,400 students and 5,000 employees, had been using what they refer to as a “bolt-on” strategy that combined a variety of disconnected systems, slow processes, and an abundance of paper.
