In this presentation, we will show how to consume Excel data and use that data in an Orchestration. Oracle does not provide the native ability to consume Excel files or CSV data with the Orchestrator. In this session, we will show how to iterate over the data in an Excel file without needing to conform to any specific template requirements. This session will also show how to use any JDE process in Orchestrator to use the Excel data.

Show how to create an Orchestration that iterates over excel data.

Build a multi-level Orchestration to use and group multiple lines of the Excel file to enter orders using an unmodified or custom order entry process.

Rob Preston, Editorial Director in Oracle’s Content Central organization, wrote an article for Forbes about the top 10 strategic priorities that CIOs should have in 2019. Rob explains that CIOs are headed into 2019 “amid a relatively strong, through volatile, global economy.” CIOs must often make hard choices that lead their company into an age of new digital projects and innovation. The goal is to accelerate the pace of growth while locking down low costs. It’s not always an easy task. While change doesn’t happen overnight, you have to start somewhere to get the ball rolling.
