Using real case studies as the focus, participants will walk through key success factors and the sustainable change management that involved the use of people analytics to drive engagement, form the change network, and solidify sustainability long after go-live. What made the difference? Identifying where likely resistance was going to come from, developing mitigation plans to help employees become more receptive and change ready, and forming a robust change network. Through understanding the need to predict the change readiness of their teams, and to have analytics to monitor and support the implementation, these projects were able to deploy with little or no disruption to the business and obtain rapid end-user adoption/proficiency. The case study looks at the cost benefits of this approach for de-risking an ERP implementation and accelerating behavioral adoption.
