Chevron’s international upstream operations in 25 countries underwent an upgrade of its Oracle JD Edwards 8.11 release to 9.2 for nine business units completing in May 2017. This session examines the planning, methodology, organization, and implementation strategy that ultimately accelerated the timeline and saved a significant amount off the original budget.
