Employee Snapshot is an important feature within PeopleSoft Talent Management. This broader, Fluid version of the Classic Talent Summary is designed to attract, retain, grow and engage your employees.
Jeremy Pelly, Product Management Director at Oracle, showed Quest users how Employee Snapshot touches on almost every aspect of Talent Management in a recent webinar presentation. The Employee Snapshot feature can show you information about compensation, performance, education much more.
Benefits of Employee Snapshot
Clicking on specific tiles within Employee Snapshot allows you to drill down into the information and view it in graph format to get a more detailed look at the data. All tiles and menu items are configurable to show what information makes sense for your users.
Employee Snapshot is a great tool to learn more about your employees, their goals and their value beyond just compensation. It’s an easy way to compile important information about your employees into one place, so you can keep up with where they are, where they’ve been and where they’re headed.
