Fluid Version of Collector Performance
Key features include the ability to compare across multiple customers and collectors and the leveraging of the new Configurable Analysis Framework. This will help you reduce management costs, improve data management and improve customer relationships.
Self Service Customer Hierarchy
With the Self Service Customer Hierarchy, you will have the ability to enable users to make quick decisions, the ability to manage collection activities effectively and access to the eBill Payment Broker model. Key benefits include the exposure to corporate customers and their subsidiaries and the ability to view and report against customer relationships.
Payment Plans
Key features include the ability to allow your customers’ customers to pay in installments. The benefits of allowing payment plans include improved customer satisfaction, increased cash flow and reduced costs.
Expand Copy Functionality for Billing
The current Copy feature is being expanded to include more data elements like Chartfields (department, fund, project, etc.), amount, date and the number of copies you want to make.
