About RECONNECT 19
RECONNECT 19 will be held in Rosemont, Illinois at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare from July 16-18, 2019. It is the premier deep-dive PeopleSoft focused event of the year – created for PeopleSoft users by PeopleSoft users. This year, there will be 165 education sessions and 16 networking opportunities. There will be representatives from 210 companies in 43 states and three different countries. This event will consist of 400+ PeopleSoft users – 123 speakers, 34 Oracle representatives, and people from over 25 different industries.
RECONNECT 19 will help you find practical solutions to today’s business technology challenges and learn how to best leverage your PeopleSoft investment.
Logistics of RECONNECT 19
The Hyatt Regency O’Hare is right next to the O’Hare International Airport – only a three to five-minute shuttle ride! There is a complimentary airport shuttle that will take you from the airport to the hotel. If you are driving yourself, there is a reduced parking rate of $15 per day for RECONNECT attendees. If you are parking only for the day, you can get your parking validated at the Quest registration desk. If you plan to park overnight, you will need to get your parking validated at the front desk of the hotel. The hotel also has a 24-hour FedEx office and complimentary WiFi in the lobby areas. If you booked your room through Quest, your guest room wireless is also included.
When you arrive at the conference, you will need to pick up your badge and onsite guide at the Quest registration desk on the main entrance level of the hotel where you walk in. You should have received an email with your barcode for registration, so make sure you have that handy when you arrive. The Quest registration desk will be open during the following days and times:
- Monday, July 15 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday, July 16 from 8:00 AM – 6:45 PM
- Wednesday, July 17 from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday, July 18 from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Another important note is that Quest is NASBA certified, so we do offer CPE credit. There will be Functional/Financial sessions at RECONNECT 19 that qualify for an hour worth of credit. CPE forms can be found at the Quest registration desk. You can return your form through email or by giving it to a Quest staff member at the conference (look for those green shirts!).

Agenda Builder
Before you head to conference, you may want to start planning out what sessions you’re going to attend while you’re at RECONNECT. All of the sessions will be listed in the Onsite Guide that you get at check-in, but you can also save sessions to your agenda online using our Agenda Builder tool. In the tool, you will get a full list of sessions sorted by date and time, locations of each session, the speaker, track, and abstract for each session, a list of exhibitors, maps of the conference, and your personalized agenda that is home to all of the sessions that you’ve saved. You can search for sessions based on keywords, categories, session date, session type, etc. You can also search for exhibitors, booth numbers, and find exhibitors by state (in case you want someone local to you!).
You can also create and save personal events to your agenda, which can be helpful if you’re having meetings or breakfast/lunch/dinner plans throughout the week. You’ll have a complete, comprehensive schedule all in one place!
After you save sessions and personal events to your agenda, you can export them to your calendar or print out your personalized agenda!
