What a great turnout for JD Edwards Day! We appreciate our presenters, listeners, staff and everyone else who took time to engage in our webinars, give us feedback and make it all come together.
Let’s wrap up the JD Edwards lessons learned during Quest Experience Week while providing a quick overview of the topics. We hope you’ll take a second look at this info to prepare for exciting upcoming events, including the Oracle cross-product meetup, COLLABORATE 2018, and our JD Edwards conference, INFOCUS 18.
Though we covered a multitude of topics and can’t neatly summarize everything we learned, we’d like to highlight some of the takeaways that stand out to us as we look back on the week.
- We took a closer look at JD Edward’s impact on the world of business and financials, including an in-depth JD Edwards payroll session using enhanced JD Edwards technology and automation impact on accounts payable operations.
- We explored tips and tricks regarding JD Edwards role implementations, including innovations in software applications and tools.
- We looked at the role Oracle Cloud plays in JD Edwards implementation and how the best business solutions depend on the symbiosis between products.
- We discovered basic configuration steps for JD Edwards Enterprise One UX One and how UX One simplifies processes and improves user experience.
- We dug up some compliance and security information that many other users didn’t know before hearing these sessions. An easy-to-understand session about implementing user defined objects, using UX One and applying password technologies rounds out your knowledge of security.
Check out the links above if you’re looking for more insight into one of those topics. Can’t get enough knowledge about the Oracle software products you use every day? We look forward to giving you the opportunity to hear more about JD Edwards upgrades and technologies at our Oracle COLLABORATE conference, COLLABORATE 18, April 22 – 26, 2018.
