After a lifetime of service to his community and 15-years at Quest International User Group, Vendor Sales Specialist Max Clark has decided to retire. Clark’s last days in the office were the week of Thanksgiving.
“Max has been a great source of consistency and stability for our organization during his fifteen years,” said Jonathan Vaughn, Quest executive director. “He worked tirelessly to build strong relationships and foster collaboration between Quest and our partner community, which benefited all of our members. Max has been a tremendously valuable resource, and we will miss his presence.”
“The thing I am most proud of about my time with Quest is the significant growth we have seen in participation,” said Clark. “I always appreciated the confidence and trust my clients had in me and in Quest. As we move forward into uncharted waters, and the technology continues to evolve and change, one thing I’m sure of is that Quest will be there and will continue to deliver for our members and partners.”
CLARK PERSONAL HISTORY
During Clark’s tenure, Quest has seen numerous changes, including the PeopleSoft acquisition of JD Edwards in 2003, the Oracle acquisition of PeopleSoft in 2005, a shift to a multi-user group COLLABORATE conference and the launch of product-focused events.
Quest filled Clark’s position prior to his retirement and is confident in the continuity of the sales team. His vendor contacts will see no change in their level of service or access to opportunities through the Quest community.
