PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Update Image 26 was recently released with a host of new features and functionality. Here is a quick overview of some of the highlights, specifically regarding the Fluid Recruiting Homepage and Hiring Manager Navigation Collection.

Fluid Recruiting Homepage

With Update Image 26, a new Fluid Recruiting Homepage replaces the classic version for the recruiter, recruiting manager, and the recruiting administrator. Since recruiters spend the majority of their time in the talent acquisition manager or TAM pages, the new recruiting homepage gives them quick access to those most commonly used pages. The Fluid Recruiting Homepage offers recruiters eight delivered tiles for system navigation. The recruiting manager has an additional tile containing a recruiting manager summary page. Many of these tiles display live data, providing high-level information for quick decision-making. My Job Openings Tiles

The My Job Openings tile transfers the user to a Fluid page displaying a searchable list of your job openings. The personalized filters link, the keyword search and grid sort features assist the user in drilling down quickly to find job opening information. Related analytics are readily available, or you can create your own. The My Applicants tile allows you to access the Fluid page displaying a searchable list of your applicants. With functionality similar to the My Job Opening tile, you can personalize search results, sort the grid results and run related analytics. The Recruiting Activities tile serves as a navigation collection of frequently used pages, giving you a single area to manage many of your daily recruiting-related activities. Applicant List and Interview Tiles

The Applicant List and Today’s Interview tiles give you the flexibility to view live tile information at a glance from the homepage without having to drill down. The Recruiting Alerts tile displays a list of alerts specific to the TAM product. Configure the settings to specify the alerts that you want to receive. The Approvals tile is based on the same approvals framework that is used throughout the system. It contains all approval notifications that you are set up to receive. The Recruiting Insight tile provides you with a single dashboard view of all of your recruiting analytics. This gives you the flexibility to move between analytics without having to go to multiple tiles. As you start doing an in-depth analysis, you’ll want the ability to look at data from different vantage points quickly. Diversity Analytics

Due to the highly sensitive nature of the data, the Diversity Analytics is delivered only to the recruiting administrator role. The Recruiting Manager Summary tile is just for the recruiting manager role, and the summary page gives information about the manager’s direct reports. The summary is based on eight benchmark metrics commonly used in the recruiting process. As the duties of the recruiter and the hiring manager are different in most organizations, a new Recruiting Activities tile is created specifically for the hiring manager. The Recruiting Activities tile transfers you to a navigation collection, which gives you quick access to several job opening-related pages and featured analytics.
