PeopleSoft Fluid Timesheet gives the user a modern and intuitive user experience that can easily adapt to a tablet device. It is comprised of the Enter Time, Time Summary and Exceptions pages. The Fluid Timesheet provides additional information such as daily scheduled hours and total scheduled and reported time for both the period and the week. From the employee self-service page, open the timesheet by clicking on the time tile. On the enter time page, your employees can report their time and view the default time period for the work group. Navigation to the previous or next time periods is simple. To navigate beyond previous or next time periods, select the calendar and select the desired dates.
To view an exception, click on a day that has an exception icon or click on “view exceptions” in the left panel to view all exceptions. Click the more button to go back to the enter time page. If you click save for later versus clicking the submit button, an icon will appear reminding you to submit the time for the system to generate payable time.
The Fluid Timesheet page joins the previously delivered Fluid pages with Mix/Match pages for the best possible user experience. Enhancements include: entering time as minutes, mid-period changes and adding comments before saving/submitting.
