When Oracle changed the way it sold on-premise ERP licenses and managed in-premise customer accounts last summer, many customers and partners were unsure of where to turn.
Building on its existing relationship with Oracle Digital, Quest offered guidance to customers who were looking to add licenses or invest in the latest JD Edwards or PeopleSoft release.
