Life Care Services share challenges and lessons learned in recent HCM World presentation

 

“Wow, this is just so elegant. I can’t even believe I can do all of this so easily,” Life Care Services Manager, Lisa Ryan stated after completing performance evaluations, compensation changes, and employee goals in the new HCM Cloud system.

When Lisa accepted her position as Vice President and Director of HR for Life Care Services (LCS), she inherited a variety of disparate systems. These systems failed to communicate with one another, which led to redundancies, errors, and headaches for every user.

A need was quickly identified for a cloud based system that acknowledged an age of digital users. Lisa decided to move from a multitude of old systems to one new, modern system – HCM Cloud. The new system emphasized ongoing innovation, allowed social collaboration and provided an easy user experience for managers, executives and HR team members.

With the transition fresh in her mind, Lisa shares the major positive outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned from her implementation of HCM Cloud.
