The French Government, as part of their annual routine, has announced updates on Social Security Ceilings, Benefit In Kind (Lodgment, Food/meal), Minimum Salary (SMIC), Garnishments (Saisies sur Salaires) or Fillon Reduction. These changes are effective from January 1, 2019. Details of this legislative change are now available on My Oracle Support under document ID 2491739.1.
Additionally, Oracle is working on the impact of the Loi portant mesures d’urgence économiques et sociales, and the reform of contribution exemptions for apprenticeship and professionalization contracts as included in the Loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2019.
Oracle’s Position Statement has been revised to include these legislative updates. Oracle advises customers to review the position statement, attached below, to keep up-to-date.
