One session at INFOCUS 18 gave a brief overview of JD Edwards UX One for beginners. The session covered the 52 out-of-the-box roles that are available for rapid deployment as well as some of the features available with UX One that create a pleasant user experience.
A good user experience is important because it:
- increases productivity
- saves time and money
- helps avoid business process failures
- attracts and retains talent
UX One was designed to give your users the best experience possible by creating content that meets the needs of individual roles. Along with the 52 roles available in UX One, there is also specific role-based content that goes along with UX One roles. These components include role-based landing pages, simplified forms and modernized user interfaces. All of these components were created using User Defined Object Frameworks.
