Focus Group Updates: Click on the link to find a focus group to join

Human Resources – Focus group met in January, Jeremy Pelley gave a demo of Employee Snapshot for the Manager and Admin. Focus Group also provided feedback on the new feature coming – the employee version of Employee Snapshot.
Benefits – We met twice in January due to the amount of information that needed to be shared. We demoed Image 51 features and discussed roadmap features including the ability to Hide the Add Individual Button on the Dependent/Beneficiary tile, Configuration to Restrict Relationship Type in Life Events, Unsubmitted Notifications for Hire Enrollments, New Start Enrollment Button for New Hire Enrollment for PreBoarding and SECURE 2.0 Section 603.
Tuition Reimbursement – We will be having a focus group with Higher Education customers to review specific requirements for higher education. Please email Jeremy.Pelley@oracle.com if you are interested in attending

India – The Union Government of India today presented the Budget 2025. This budget is applicable for the Financial Year 2025-26 ( Assessment year 2026-27).
India – Introduction of Form 12BAA – Declaration of TDS and TCS details from Incomes other than from salaries
New Zealand – Budget Changes for FY 2025-2026
Australia – Northern Territory Payroll tax changes effective July 01, 2025
Malaysia – The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (HASiL) has released the latest formats of Forms E & EA for the tax year 2024
Japan – Social Insurance Report Change
United Kingdom – Start of Year Changes 2025-26
Brazil – eSocial and Technical Note S-1.3 01/2024
Brazil – Update for PeopleSoft HCM regarding the Decree No 12.342 of December 30, 2024 and the Interministerial Ordinance MPS/MF Nº 10 of January 2025 that provides, respectively, for the National Minimum Wage Rate and for the Contribution table for insured employees, independent workers, and domestic workers, for payment from January 1, 2025.
