How to Orchestrate a Quick Start Deployment Plan with JDE One-Click Provisioning Console

Oracle released a tutorial video on the Oracle JD Edwards YouTube page that walks users through how to orchestrate a quick start deployment plan using the JD Edwards One-Click Provisioning Console.

The tutorial walks you through how to:

  • Set up the Database Server Instance
  • Set up the Enterprise Server Instance
  • Set up the HTML Server Instance
  • Set up the AIS Server Instance
  • Set up the Deployment Server Instance

Within the different server instances, users will learn how to:

  • Name server instances
  • Set up the SSH private key
  • Define the Windows Administrator details
  • Set up the DB install path, DB admin password and net service name
  • Enable the ASM feature option
  • Select schemas and demo data
  • Establish the server type and PathCodes
  • Define WebLogic details
  • Edit or reset settings after setting up the deployment plan
  • Much more!
