Did You Know - My Oracle Support Community

The Quest PeopleSoft HCM PUG recently hosted Rick Delaney of Oracle PeopleSoft to do an in-depth walk-through of the My Oracle Support Community (MOSC). MOSC is a customer-based community where users can get access to Oracle developers and staff for information regarding their product. It is also where you can post an idea and receive feedback from fellow customers and Oracle staff, making it an alternative to the service request process.

During our PUG call, Rick walked the group through many aspects of MOSC, including creating and voting on Ideas, notifications, discussion forums, documents and more.

Check out the recording of Rick’s overview here. For more information, check out Oracle Doc ID 2048019.1: Oracle PeopleSoft Enhancement Request to My Oracle Support Community FAQ. This FAQ helps answer questions you may have about MOSC. Also, Oracle created this VFO highlighting the PeopleSoft Ideas Space.

You can visit the My Oracle Support Community here. As a reminder, this community is for paying support customers only. If you’d like access to MOSC, speak with your company’s PeopleSoft Administrator.
