COLLABORATE Recap And Advocacy Opportunities For The Community

With COLLABORATE behind us, I wanted to touch base to share a brief report about the conference, as well as make you aware of some upcoming opportunities within the Quest community.

COLLABORATE Recap

We had another great COLLABORATE conference in April, with more than 2,000 Quest attendees joining us in Las Vegas. While our attendance was up slightly from last year, the trend for similar events indicates a heavy decrease in attendance for other Oracle user groups. Furthermore, feedback from COLLABORATE attendees has been overwhelmingly positive. The net promoter score for the conference was at an all-time high. In short, Quest is bucking the downward trend.

Advocacy Developments

Our community survey will be released to members soon. Our advocacy programs not only help us determine the services we provide, but also help us stay agile and better able to meet the needs of our members.

I encourage you to read our recently released Annual Report to learn more about how advocacy efforts shape our services, especially in 2016. Please take time to complete the community survey when you see it, as it is one of our most effective advocacy channels.

Looking Forward

Though COLLABORATE was only a month ago, there are still many opportunities to get your organization involved in an event this year. Our upcoming events provide deep-dive education and networking for JD Edwards and PeopleSoft users throughout your organizations.

The value of face-to-face events and engagement is tremendously important. Our COLLABORATE Re-energize session this year made it clear that, while there are educational benefits to attending events, the connections you will make are what prove to be most valuable. I encourage you to forward information about our upcoming events to your colleagues and customers and encourage them to attend:

PeopleSoft RECONNECT – July 18-20, 2018 | Rosemont, IL
JD Edwards INFOCUS – August 14-16, 2018 | Denver, CO
Quest Experience Week – November 7-9, 2018 | A Free Virtual Event

I look forward to seeing you at an event soon.
