There were several major deliveries made in PeopleSoft last week. In case you missed them, here is a summary of what I have seen being pushed out.

Let’s start off with the PeopleSoft HCM Update Image 15 delivered on December 3rd. PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) is a new lifecycle management tool that enables customers to lower their costs and stay current on application maintenance using selective adoption. On Friday, PeopleTools 8.55 was released for general availability. Features in this release focus on continued improvements to the PeopleSoft user experience. Further focus is on providing additional technology options that will help you take advantage of data center innovations proven to reduce ongoing operating costs and assist in developing a Cloud deployment strategy. Some of the features we are seeing are fluid dashboards, fluid master/detail pages and the new activity guide framework.

Lastly, Legislative Update for PeopleSoft HCM – Affordable Care Act Form 1094-C & 1095-C processing has been officially made available for 9.2 customers and will soon come to 9.1 customers.
