Carr Properties is a privately held real estate investment trust known for its portfolio of trophy-quality properties in the Washington D.C. area. Historically, the company’s accounting, finance, asset management, and lease administration departments maintained their own data sources and generated reports for their specific needs. Carr’s IT leadership led a digital transformation project that established Data Access Studio, a dedicated JDE reporting solution, as the single version of the truth while empowering different departments to meet their own requirements. Business users can now generate their own real-time reports based on current data, with outputs that include dashboards, mobile interfaces, and PDF and Excel formats
