CANCELLED Selective Adoption - Transitioning from a Technical to a Business Function

Wells Fargo has been keeping current for the last 3 years using Selective Adoption.  This effort has predominately been led by the Technical Team.   The business is now going to be taking more of an active lead in ensuring we are not only keeping current but implementing and taking advantage of the new features that are being delivered.  Our Recruiting business partner will give the business perspective on what they are going to be able to take.

Objectives:

-Share our Selective Adoption process and strategy that has served us well for the last 3 years.

-Share steps being taken to Transitioning to Selective Adoption over to the Business.

-Share all the new things that we are implementing using the continuous delivery model.
