Promoting Self Service Through the Grants Fluid Homepage

Grants administrators spend considerable effort monitoring the status of deliverables to their sponsors and prioritizing actions.  In Update Image 26, PeopleSoft provided grants administrators with a series of actionable tiles on a  fluid homepage from where they can review and update award milestones and certifications categorized for priority by due date.  Additional tiles provide visibility into the amount of pre-award spending, expiring letters of credit funds and awards approaching end date.  Through a fluid homepage grants administrators can more efficiently prioritize tasks required by their sponsor and proactively monitor funding and periods of performance.  This session will include an overview of the Grants Management fluid homepage.
