PeopleSoft has long been committed to serving the needs of our large Healthcare installed base and we continue to add functionality to attract net new business from this very important industry sector. In this session we will share the specific functionality built to enable hospitals to manage stock in various hospital locations. With Mobile Inventory Management hospital personnel can use their state-of-the-art personal devices to manage OR, Stores or Crash Cart inventory, inquire on Item availability and easily create replenishments when stock is consumed. We will share our commitment to keeping Healthcare customers current with the latest GS-1 Standards changes and share how we support various barcode standards in both Mobile Inventory Management and in Warehouse and Distribution Centers Inventory. Our Supplier Lifecycle Management initiative provides functionality to allow self-service access for Suppliers to access a secure Supplier Portal as both a Guest and Credentialed User for 2-way collaboration with the Procurement organization.
We will also share some planned enhancements of particular interest to Healthcare organizations such as Order Sheets in eProcurement, Distribution and Manufacturer’s Contracts, Punch-out for Procurement Contracts and more.
