Lessons Learned with the HR 9.2 Upgrade

This will be a discussion of the lessons we learned when we upgraded from HRMS 9.1 on 8.54 PeopleTools to HRMS 9.2 on 8.55 PeopleTools. Some items that contributed to our smooth implementation were a highly experienced staff and committed functional users. 
With each upgrade we always try and find some new features to implement. We were able abandon our old paycheck view and were able to display our checks using the xml version. We also implemented Company Directory.
