EEO-1 Component 2 Reporting Update for PeopleSoft Customers

Pursuant to the District Court decision in National Women’s Law Center, et al., v. Office of Management and Budget, et al., Civil Action No. 17-cv-2458 (D.D.C.), covered employers must submit Component 2 EEO-1 W-2 and hours worked data for calendar years 2017 and 2018 by September 30, 2019. All employers with 15 or more employees are covered by Title VII and are required to keep employment records as specified by Commission regulations. Based on the number of employees and federal contract activities, certain employers are required to file an EEO-1 report on an annual basis under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations.

Oracle/PeopleSoft has posted the changes needed for customers to submit the EEO-1 Component 2 Report.  Please attend this webinar to learn about what Oracle has delivered to support your EEO-1 Component 2 Reporting – how the hours and pay data are being collected and reported (ex. new EEO-1 tables, configuration and run control).
