Agile Project Management Methodologies

Discover what Agile is, what it is not, and how it can be leveraged as a project management approach. We will discuss 3 primary methodologies that adhere to the Agile philosophy, including Scrum, which is currently thought to be the most widely used of Agile disciplines. Some lessons learned from using each of these 3 approaches at UNC-Chapel Hill will be shared and time will be made available for questions.
