How do I get to the hotel from Denver International Airport?
The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Estimated taxi fare is $60 USD (one way).
Driving directions: Travel west on Interstate 70. Take Exit 274 onto Interstate 25 South. Take Exit 210A to Colfax Avenue. Turn left onto Colfax Avenue. Turn left onto Court Place and continue for two blocks. The hotel will be on the left.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Onsite parking fee is $41 USD per day. Valet parking is $49 USD per day. Additionally, there are city parking lots and garages close to the Sheraton.
Is internet provided at the hotel?
Complimentary WiFi is included for overnight guests at the Sheraton Downtown Denver. Hotel lobby also offers complimentary high speed WiFi.

How do I capture leads at my booth?
ATS is the official lead retrieval provider for JD Edwards INFOCUS. Their scanners are required to read attendee badges. Please see the Freeman Kit to order your scanner.
Something is wrong with my booth, where can I find Freeman?
Freeman and ATS will have a desk in the Exhibitor Showcase to assist you onsite.
Can I attend education sessions?
Only Exhibitors or vendors with a full conference badge can attend education sessions. We ask that you do not attend any competitor’s sessions out of respect and confidentiality. Any speaker or sponsor to a session does have the right to ask a vendor to leave.
If you have an exhibit hall only badge, you may only attend sessions that your company is presenting or sponsoring.
Can I take tchotchkes from other booths?
Avoid taking giveaways, tchotchkes or other items without the consent of the exhibitor as those are intended for customers.
Am I allow to scan my session?
Quest staff will be scanning all sessions. Scanning of any session by a vendor is not allowed. If you have purchased a VAS session, then you will receive the scans from that session within two weeks of the show.
I’m having problems with the A/V in my session room. Where do I need to go?
Step outside of your room and look for a Quest staffer in a green shirt. We have education monitors in each hall that can assist in getting A/V support.
When can we dismantle our booth?
Exhibits are to be kept intact until the closing of the show on Thursday, August 22 at 11:15 am. Any Exhibitor who begins dismantling before the close of the show may lose part or all of its company’s priority status in booth selection and may entirely lose the privilege of exhibiting at future Quest shows.
Will I receive a conference bag?
Bags are only available for attendees with full conference badges.
Can we hand things out as the show floor doors open and customers are walking into the show floor?
This is a sponsorable opportunity. If you do not sponsor door giveaways, then you are not allowed to hand out items outside your booth. If you are interested in sponsoring, please speak with your account executive.
